Birthday Pics

Here are a few pictures from Tuesday. Tyler had an awesome birthday. We had a great family outing to the zoo with our friends, Julie and Kate. The weather ended up being perfect and we saw a bunch of animals from big elephants to sleeping tigers. So much fun! And then after dinner, Tyler had his very own birthday cake that mommy made for him. Check out the last picture of the mess Ty Ty made with the cake.

1st Birthday!!

Today is Tyler's very 1st birthday.  Aubrey & I can't believe that it's been a year since little TyTy came into our lives.  What an adventure the last year has been!  To say Tyler has been a blessing to our family is an understatement.  As I write this entry, Tyler is chasing one of our cats across the carpet with a huge smile on his face.  He's so darn cute.  It's amazing to watch the progress Tyler's had over the past year.  I can't wait for year #2 and all it's milestones.  Sounds like we are going to the zoo today as a family, so I'll post some pictures of that adventure in a few days.  A special thanks to everyone out there who's helped our family the past year.

Eating a Lime

Yesterday was a very special day for our family.  So, to celebrate, the 3 of us went out to a lovely lunch before Mommy had to go back to work.  This is a video I shot when Mommy gave Tyler a lime to suck. Too bad I missed capturing the faces he was making after his first couple of bites into the lime. Tyler is also into "sharing" anything in his hands with us these days. It's so cute. Enjoy. . . .
