Ty-Ty Skiing

Several weeks ago, we took Tyler skiing at Alta. Alta has free skiing on a lower lift everyday from 3:00 - 4:30. With the help of Aubrey's dad, Lester, we loaded Tyler into a backpack and took him up and down the slopes. Tyler seemed like he enjoyed the skiing. We made 5 runs and Tyler slept most of those runs. Yes....he actually feel asleep in the backpack and was out going up the lift and down the slope. We all took turns carrying Tyler. The video below is from the final run of the day when I had Tyler. And he awake for this run. Probably because he trusted Lester and Aubrey on skis, but worried about his dad's skiing ability. :)

I apologize for the sound on this video. It's really loud due to the wind blowing past as we head down the run. You may want to turn the volume down. By the way.....the pacifier stayed in his mouth the entire time!

My Boys!

Believe it or not, most posts on our blog are by daddy. He is dedicated and meticulous at making sure our blog always looks its best. He takes pride in his work and I am always very proud of the finished product. This is mommy's attempt at posting on our blog. I doubt it will even come close to Matt's posts, but there's nothing wrong with trying.

I want to tell both my boys how much I love and cherrish them. They are always there for me after a rough day at work and they know when momma needs cuddles or a big wet kiss. I am one lucky lady!

Many Faces of Tyler

Yesterday, Tyler turned 9 months old. So to celebrate, I thought I'd share some of the pictures of Tyler from the past 9 months that make Aubrey and I laugh. Let's call it....the Many Faces of Tyler.

More of February 2009

Here are a few pictures from the rest of February. Tyler's at that age when he's getting more and more mobile each day. One morning we went in to get Tyler and found, much to our surprise, that Tyler can now stand in his crib. Time to lower the bed height! Tyler was able to spend some good quality time with his NC grandparents last week. And he likes Pat's BBQ, which is must for my boy! And then there was the whip cream "fight" the other night with mommy. My money was on Ty Ty.

Our February 2009

Our month of February was a busy one. From tropical locales to visits from grandparents, little Tyler had a great month. Here are a few sampling of pictures from the tropics and Tyler's first beach experience.
